Creative Action
for Social Change.
Through performance, storytelling, poetry, music, masks, and visual arts, we provide inspiring programmes that invite creativity, personal development, and platform the voices of seldom heard communities to stimulate debate and deeper understanding.
We specialise in working with people affected by the Criminal Justice System, as well as with local community groups and a wide range of professional teams.

BearFace Theatre believes in creative action for social change and uses Applied Theatre and a wide range of creative arts to deliver bespoke multi-arts based programmes.

With the Criminal Justice System
High Sheriff, Sue Elton invited us to exhibit recent artwork created with the HMP/YOI community. What an incredible opportunity to platform seldom heard voices and share their creative talents, both inside and outside the prison.

BearFace recently hosted Spymonkey!
With creative professionals
We hosted an incredible creative day for Applied Theatre professionals at out creative home, The Point Theatre. So much laughter and so much good practice shared. More BOUNCE workshops coming up in the Autumn 2025!
