We tailor make participatory arts programmes with vulnerable groups and marginalised communities and we aim to platform work wherever possible to continue these conversations.

Professional development

From corporate team building, staff wellbeing, specialised theatre workshops for students and train the trainer programmes, we can work with your organisation in a number of ways. Team building, theatre skills, teaching 'ACTive' CBT, applied theatre, organic art, improvisation and devising are just a taster of some themes we have worked from.

“Drama and Theatre is a powerful tool for change. BearFace Theatre practitioners are very skilled in creating a safe and trusting environment, then gently leading individuals and groups through sessions, so that they participate fully and benefit from a positive experience. I have seen their work produce great outcomes time and time again with a variety of vulnerable and hard-to-reach groups of young people and adults.”
