The BearFace Theatre team believes in the power of partnership and collaboration to make stuff happen! We have been honoured and inspired to work with a range of fantastic partner organisations over many years in order to have an impact on the communities that we work with.

BearFace co-lead the CRUW (Create. Reflect. Unite. Women.) network with Hampshire Probation service; connecting women who work with women affected by the criminal justice system.

Our Exec Director Jenny (on the left!) is also on the NCJAA (National Criminal Justice Arts Alliance) advisory board; influencing and championing the wider sector.
